This OMRI certified organic growing medium retains 8 times more water and 1,000 times more oxygen than soil. Thanks to a compact size and light weight of the dehydrated coco coir, it is economical as well. A 5 kilo coco coir bale expands to 70 liters (18 gallons) close to 2 regular bags for growing medium.
